When Yahweh separated His chosen people, He took them out of Egypt, the world, baptised them in the waters of the Read Sea, led them
through a wilderness of experience and testing and brought them to an elevated place, Mount Sinai. Before taking them into their promised "rest" He gave them a Law for their eduction and a tabernacle as a meeting place between Him and His.
The purpose of these notes is to examine Yahweh's dwelling place in the midst of His people in the wilderness; and in doing so, learn how He manifested Himself to His people; and how He drew them closer to Himself in service and fellowship. Further more we learn the lessons to which thes arrangement was a shadow of type of His later manifestation both in the peron of His son and in those, who, since his days, are also His dwelling place in this wilderness.
