The Christadelphian position restated
The process of conversion begins with the Almighty Himself. He makes the first move. His purpose with mankind is being worked out on the basis of what Paul in Romans 9v11 styles "election". This means simply that God chooses who will and who will not come within the orbit of his salvation.
