A study of Biblical Paradoxes

"I have come to the firm conclusion that many of the difficulties which arise among Christians in interpreeting it are due to a lack of balance in dealing with the wonderful truths it contains. Truth, like love, is "a many splendoured thing", and presnts many aspects. Too often we may find ourselves so obsessed with one of these facets that we give insufficient consideration to thsoe others, which, though presenting a different face, are yet part of the same truth. There is always what I have called the "Yes, but . . ." syndrome. In other words, a thing may be true, yet still not be the Truth. We have to learn to BALANCE THE BOOK
