These pack aims to provide a series of activities around various themes for primarys. Children learn most from direct experience, and the activities in these packs should help them to understand that the stories have an order, and knowing who came where and when will encourage a greater understanding of these things.. Each pack covers five sessions of work, each lasting about 45 minutes. Many of the activites involve making things and talking about things as a group.

The majority of the activities are practical, and will not need individually photocopied sheets for each child, though as the activity sheets are written as instructions to the children, you may wish to read them with your pupils.
