Jehevah's Witnesses and others claim that Jesus existed before he was born. This is a strange statement to make concerning anybody, but . . .

it is made regarding the Lord Jesus because of the perfection of character he exibited, and because of certain statements of the Bible that they find difficult to understand apart from this teaching.

However, the Bible does not support this doctrine. The Bible teaches that the Lord Jesus was born of the virgin Mary 1900 years ago, and possesed a nature common to all mankind.
